Child Development Center
The purposes for our school are service to families and children, professional preparation, and research. We serve both university and community families in providing full and part day child care from 7:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. weekdays for approximately 10.5 months of the year.

Ohio Literacy Resource Center
The Ohio Literacy Resource Center provides support, training and resources for the people who work in and attend classes at adult and family literacy programs. The OLRC also works with GED graduates who are attending Kent State University.
Reading and Writing Development Center
The role of the Center is well-established and highly regarded, both as a supplemental educational agency that provides consultative, diagnostic, and tutorial services in reading and writing and as a practicum center for graduate programs in literacy education.
Research Center for Educational Technology
To explore the uses and influences of technology in education through rich collaborations among researchers and practitioners, to help improve teaching and learning in today's classrooms and inform the development of the ubiquitous computing environments of the future.
