ksu excellence in action CIIE - International Students & Scholars

The Center for International and Intercultural Education along with the College of Education, Health, and Human Services host international scholars and students here for various reasons. The College also sends faculty and staff overseas for research, establishing relationships, and other reasons. This exchange has been going on for years and continues to grow. Please check out the important people that Kent State has been privileged to host and to call family.

International Students

Association of International Students In Education, Health and Human Services (AIS EHHS)

CIIE provides assistance to international students enrolled in the College and Graduate School of Education, Health and Human Services. Each year, CIIE awards scholarships for graduate students (domestic and international) to present or conduct research internationally. The Center also provides social progamming for interntional students--a welcoming reception each fall, trips with entertainment in Cleveland or Columbus, and potluck dinners at the end of each semester. Additionally CIIE provides support to the Assoication of International Students in Education, Health and Human Services--a graduate organizaiton for students in EHHS who have an interest in international education or who are internaitonal students. With AIS, CIIE has co-sponsored Brown Bag Seminar featuring international topics and research.
